.EPS files sent using the MAIL option of reports

Hello Everyone,
Does anyone know what tool you can use to view the files that Reports
2.5
generates when you use the mail option? These files are being created
with
an .eps extension. It currently appears that this file type contains
some raw
PCL commands(???) and we can not find a tool to open these file types.
Any
help would be appreciated......
