segment. The only problem will be if this is a result of a recursive
call, then the owner will most likely be SYS. Another way of
determining who is creating the segments is to look at the session data
(in the v$sesstat table) and see who is hitting the disk hard. External
sorts will show up as physical reads.
I can't address the rollback segment allocation.
