Use the mouse.

Since, personally, I prefer using the keyboard, I practise every morning during half an hour not using alt-spacebar. I use alt-f(ile) followed by arrow-left.

Now it only happens once a week.

Oracle shouldn't blame Microsoft, it works also with Oracle Book, but I've never had it in a non-Oracle product.
