timeplaner/calender based on database

Is there a shareware/freeware/commercial tool realizing a centralized timeplaner with

• entering notes for a date
• week/month/year-overview
• private meetings
• meetings can be entered by others working in the same network
• private dates are marked as reserved but other cann't see the content
• range of at least minutes

AND all information is stored in an oracle database (e.g. by ODBC or directly by a forms-application)?

No additional features like email are needed - InterOffice for example offers to much functionality)!!

Where I can find it (testversion) on the net? Thanks in advance
