Forms conversion tools

So far, the only tools I found that can convert Forms 3.0 to 4.5 with GUI and mouse features are

GUI Converter PRO by Kumaran
and FormsGenie by Sierra Atlantic

Do you have any comments on the tools?
Do you know of any other?
