Download it and other tools, 60 day trial license, from http://www.oracle.com/products/trial/html/trial.html

Also, visit http://technet.oracle.com/ for ODP info, useful white papers, a quick link to the news groups, etc.

I have PO7 running on my 95 machine. I don't specify the server name when I log on with sqlplus or dev2k and it connects fine. Make sure you only run 32-bit dev2k and sqlplus against 32-bit PO7 for 95/NT.
