This can be caused by one of 2 things:
1. Either your path in the registry is too long (over 256 characters, which can happen quite easily after various products add their own directory details to this); or
2. You are running your Forms Executable in one directory with your .MMX files in another. This is easily fixed by making the working directory for your Forms Executable program the directory where your .MMX files are.
