I'm trying to output Japanese with the htp. procedures, but if I have a line like:
htp.print(' <some japanese text> ');
the text changes to "?????" in the resulting html. If I display stored Japanese text from the database, it looks fine.
Anyone have any ideas? Any similar occurances with other 2-byte languages?
