MGR-2042 error when trying to run svrmgrm

SCO UNIX Open Server v5.0.2
Oracle Workgroup Server v7.3.2.2.0
Whenever I try to run the Server Manager (Motif version), I get
MGR-02042: unable to open resource file: masm.res
and the program won't start. Anyone know what that's about?
