Oracle and Borland C++ Builder

I looking into purchasing Borland's C++ Builder for development with Oracle Developer 2000.

I lile to get some pros and cons from those that have used the product? Does Oracles endorsement of the product show in promise in the ability of the product to intergrate well with Oracle's RDMS?
