Until now i am developing software over the VMS operating system, but i will change me platform to windows NT operating system.
What i need is to know your opinion about the best RAD ( Rapid Aplication Development) object oriented development tool to combine the interface with ORACLE database AND SERIAL COMUNICATIONS WITH DEVICES ( barcode readers , barcode printers, PLCs, etc )
