hard Designer/2000 problem

Hi All,
[Quoted] we have the following Designer/2000 problem:
the Designer sometimes does not finish the work and stops but
there is no visible server activity!
That happens practically each time for the Table To Entity
Retrofit ... function.
We use the Oracle7 Workgroup Server Release 7.3.2.2.1
with PL/SQL Release 2.3.2.2. on WinNT 4.0.1381 and Designer/2000
1.3.2/6.0.10.0.0 on Win95 4.00.950.
The database parameters were checked several times by different persons and they seems to be O.K.
Does anybody knows the reason and the solution?
