Anyone had this problem before...??

Trying to start (and then create) an Oracle 7.3.3 instance on an old Sun box running 2.5.1.

When trying to start I get:

ORA-7307: sms1sg: shmat error, unable to attach sgs SVR4 Error: 22: Invalid argument
Additional Information: 1

I am confident of the shared memory kernel parameters as they have been taken from an machine identical except for the fact that it is running 2.4.

Anyone any ideas ?
