[Quoted] Ensure your FORMS45_PATH is not full. There is a maximum character limitation, but I'm not sure what it is. What I end up doing is removing all the DEMO paths. Oracle tends to fill the parameter when it installs Dev2K. If this doesn't help, let me know.
