Memory Leak with OCI 7.3

I have written an NT service which inserts records into an Oracle database.

This program will do nearly 2,000 inserts during the course of the day.

Windows NT runs out of virtual memory after about a week, and my service has a very high memory count.

Are there any known leaks in OCI73?
