Crystal Reports 5.0 and Oracle Forms

Does anyone have some sample code of how to execute a 32-bit Crystal Report (v 5.0) from Oracle Forms? We are currently running Oracle 7.2 using Forms 4.5. I've used the Host command, but I would like to integrate the report with Forms so that I can pass parameters to the report. Some sample PL/SQL would be great.
