Setting up SQL*Net for PO7

[Quoted] I've followed the instructions for setting up SQL*Net for PO7. It will not work. I must be doing something wrong. Please tell me the exact procedure to get it to work. All the tools I want to connect with will be on the same desktop machine.

It is my understanding that I need to do this to get Desktop PB and CodFishSQL to connect.
