Designer/2000 Business Units ???

[Quoted] We are using Designer/2000 and have faced a problem which may be a weakness of this tool. Sub Business Units are not implemented as sub menu items in the module structure diagrammer. In other words, every business unit is inserted into the menu structure at the first level. Has anybody a solution to this problem.
