Where is GUI for svrmgr on Personal O7/Win95?

Hello all,
I am trying to work with Personal Oracle 7. I need to run some scripts and
understand that I need to do this from server manager. I have found
svrmgr.exe which is the command line version. However, all of the
documentation that came with PO7 refers to a GUI interface to the server
manager. I have looked high and low and can't find it....can anyone tell me
where to look?
