Oracle or Informix

studying Oracle and had hoped to break into the field as a DBA with little
experience. I now may have an offer to work with Informix. Is there
anyone out there with experience with both packages who can tell me
whether I should go with Informix? Or, would it be worthwhile to hold out
for an Oracle position?
