Problem on Installing Oracle's Tools!

[Quoted] When I try to install SqlNet 2.2 and Forms/Report Runtime into
my Windows for Workgroup 3.11 through the Network CD-Rom, It
encounter an error of leaving the windows without any notification.
After that, I try to re-enter the windows but it say that there is
an violation on "vshare.386".
Can anyone tell me what can I do to solve this problem?
