Starting of f45run from network is too slow

ORAWIN is located in a shared disk in a Novell server 4.1 and starting f45run (DEBUG=NO) can take as long as 30 seconds in a Pentium 100 with 16 MB of RAM. Other applications (like word 6 or excel 5 loads im a pair of seconds). So, which is the problem? Is f45run too heavy to put it in a network shared disk?
