There are many books out there....
Oracle: The Complete Reference - Koch & Loney - Oracle Press Oracle: A Beginner;s Guide - Abbey & Corey - Oracle Press
are two fairly general ones. There are many others on specific topics such as Designer/2000 and Developer/2000 and DBA topics.
