Forms 4.5 crashes during viewing canvas after 3.0/4.5-conversion

After a succesful 3.0 to 4.5 conversion Forms 4.5 crashes sometimes when a
want to view the canvas. Changing the coordination from character to real
seems to be a solution in some cases.
But not in all. Does somebody know a permanent solution to handle this
problem.
