Hi Martin,

Version 4.5.7.0.10 of Forms (Developer/2000 1.3) contained some errors in the OLE2 package. I would suggest that you upgrade to Developer/2000 1.3.2 (Forms 4.5.7.1.2 or 4.5.7.8.0).
