What is the definition of a Leap Year?
Is it able to divisible by 4 is a Leap Year?
Is it a centry (1700, 1800, 1900, 2000) not a Leap Year?
Is it centry that able to divisible by 400 a Leap Year?
Please help me, as I need to know inorder to differentiate whether year 2000 is a Leap Year?
