[Quoted] Dev2 1.4w requires JDK1.1.2. Neither IE3 and Nescape3.* supports that level.(Make you wonder, what's good of using java if it isn't downward compatible.) Try using Communicator4.0 beta. Don't use IE4, it's pretty shitty.
