Oracle Web Server 3.0 : ICX and Cartridge problems

I have been using OWAS 3.0 and have found some problems, has anyone found solutions (or even the same problems) for these :

• When a cartridge dies, it is not detected by the WRB and therefore, the number of cartridges can fall below the configured minimum.
• When two simultaneous ICX calls are made to a single cartridge, the calls both block forever.
• Other ICX calls fail with the following informative message :

OMN-7613, snd rep failed dsr = 1.0.17.666 id=14 int=IDL:wr/d:1.0 mp=wr_d__impl op=sendcombo

Also, the function WRBReturnHTTPError from the 2.1 API seems to have disappeared in the 3.0 API and hasn't been replaced by anything!

Any help would be much appreciated.
