Models for Common processes?

I couple of our analysts talked to some other attendees at the ODTUG conference and were told that there are data models on the Internet for common processes such as Purchase Orders, Receiving, Inventory Control etc. (especially for people who deal with government agencies). Does anyone know where I can find models like these? I don't want to recreate the wheel if I don't have to.
