I get the above message every time I attempt to load certain PLLs in Forms designer.
I am using Forms version 4.5.7.1.6 (production) from Developer/2000 version 1.3.2 for Windows 95/NT, on a P-166 with 32MB running Windows NT 3.5.1 with Service Pack 5 installed. The same PLL loads fine on another PC running Forms version 4.5.7.0.10 (production) on NT 3.5.1 with SP3.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!
