Dev/2000/V1.3 and NT 4.0 Forms Buttons don't work

I am using Developer/2000 Version 1.3 on Windows NT 4.0. I have the

following problem that I also found in Oracle Developer Library

Cd-January'97. Any help wellcome..

Problem:

Upgraded my pc to Windown NT 4.0 and forms buttons don't work - acts

like a

tab key. I also installed dev2k on another Windows NT 4.0 box in our

group

and the same problem. This is DEV/2000 Release 1.3 for Windows 95/NT.
