Error reporting with OWA

I'm developing several applications on the web using the oracle web server
and I would like to know if there is a way to obtain the complete error
information (as it shows up in the .err file) when an exception is
encountered. Is there a special function(s) (apart from SQLCODE and
SQLERRM) that returns this information?
