WINNT 4.0 sp3 and developer 2000 forms designer incompatibility

The text in the developer 2000 forms editor is unreadable when the register NLS_LANG is set to AMERICAN_AMERICA.US7ASCII (for European character) and NT4SP3 is installed. Received on Wed Jun 04 1997 - 00:00:00 CEST
