I don't remember if there is a when-resize-window event, but I think there is. You can change the font size, but to that you will need to define a VISUAL ATTRIBUTE for each one that you want to use. Programmatically, you will need to determine which one of the (previously defined) VISUAL ATTRIBUTEs you want to use with that screen size.
