user exits in forms

hi!

   We have been trying to have user exits with our forms but have been facing some problems...

   we are running forms 4.5 (d2K) on windows 95 clients... the compiler being used is msvc 1.5 .. we made use of the make files provided along with forms... these make files do not generate the dll's if u use msvc 2.0... so we used 1.5 itself...

but on running the application , it gpfs when calling the userexit dll

could anyone out there help us
