Forms 4.5 Print Command

Does anyone have a problem with the Forms Print command not capturing the entire contents of the active window? I read in the bugfixes document released with Forms 4.5 that this was reported in 4.5.4 and fixed in 4.5.7. Was wondering if it may be specific to the Windows 95 version of Forms or what.
