dev2k 1.3: deveoping 16 bit under win95

We just got a copy of 32-bit Developer 2000/Release 1.3 for our win95 developer machines; previously
we've been using a 16-bit version for our forms45 and reports app. Ive looked through the docs, and don't
see if a file generated under 1.3/win95 will run under our 16bit win3.1 user machines. Will it, and if not
can it (by setting a switch or a similar process)? Thanks, Mark
