Oracle and Access

[Quoted] I had to retrieve data from Access to Oracle. How can i translate the Access database into an Oracle one ?
the exp and imp tool are only for Oracle db ? Is there an equivalent under Access ?
Can Oracle import table saved in ASCII ?
