Bug found using VBXs in Forms 4.5

I am unable to use any sort of VBX with Forms 4.5, even the VBX provided with the demo applications. When I tried to set the control name property in property window of VBX, it could not retrive the control name from the VBX file specified. Can any body tell my that is the bug in Forms 4.5. I think so.
