I'd look at using UTL_FILE for this if I were you.
But if you're on an older version of Oracle that doesn't have UTL_FILE yet.
Got to: http://govt.us.oracle.com/
downloadable utilities
and download PLEX (PL/SQL Extender)
It should get you there.
