Debugging cartriges for OWS2

I am trying to develop a simple cartrige for Oracle WebServer 2.0 on Windows NT.
I managed to compile a simple example but I can't seem to be able to debug it (i.e ste up breakpoints etc.)
Any help or hint will be greatly welcome.
