Diagram Properties in Designer/2000

I have a question about Designer/2000. For a diagram object, such as Module Data Diagram, all of the properties in RON are display only. How do I modify those properties of the diagram, eg., Title, Author, Change History, Description, and Notes? It doesn't seem to work in the corresponding diagrammer either.
