version control for Oracle

[Quoted] [Quoted] We are currently in the market for a version control package(NT based). Oracle is quick to suggest PVCS, of course, but I was looking for input from the actual users.
What are your experiences with PVCS? Have you any suggestions for other VCS's (Endevor, MKS, etc)? Any input is appreciated.
