TKProf on Oracle NT 7.3.2.3.4

I have been unsuccessful getting TKPROF73.exe to run on my Windows NT box. I'm running Oracle 7.3.2.3.4 on NT 4.0 and everytime I try to process a trace file, TKProf crashes and burns.

Has anyone been able to get this working, or is there some "known" bug?
