Automatic Mail Merge from Report

I have a report which generates a text file that is then Mail Merged, manually, into MS word 6 and printed. The users have asked that this process be automated.
The master document will (probably) already exist.
Windows 3.11
Word 6.0
Reports 2.5.5.2.5C
Is this possible, and if so how do I go about it.
