Using PL/SQL tables

We use PL/SQL tables in our stored procedures. We also use procedure builder. It is my understanding that procedure builder will *someday* support the use of these v2 PL/SQL constructs? In the meantime, is anyone aware of any products or workarounds for debugging stored procedures with PL/SQL tables (or for that matter, any v2 PL/SQL constructs i.e. cursor variables)?
