HELP on OCX/Forms 4.5

Hello,

I would like to use OCX with Forms 4.5 but all my attemps in writing even the simpelest form seem to fail.

Can anyone mail me a form module with OCX wich will work or mail me if you hacve had the same problems with OCX.

I have the Oracle whitepaper about OCX tools but still. It will not work..
