EXEC TOOLS GET does not work on NT/PROC21/MSVC4.1

Hello,

I use Forms 4.5.7.1.7, PRO*C 2.1.2.0.3 and MSVC 4.1. I want to build a extension DLL for Forms. If i use EXEC TOOLS GET Oracle responds with Error message 02130 (TOOLS interface not available), if i use EXEC IAF GET the host variables contains nothing useful. The DLL is called correcly (i debug it). Does anybody know?
I use this on NT 4.0 SVP2.
