Hey,
You can set up a parameter list and pass it to the report in the RUN_PRODUCT command.

This list should include a line similar to:

   add_parameter(pl_id, 'ORACLE_SHUTDOWN', TEXT_PARAMETER, 'Yes');

ORACLE_SHUTDOWN tells the server to close out after the report is complete.
