SQL*Loader problem

I created multiple command-lines in a batch file to invoke SQL*Loader for loading of data files. I chose to use DIRECT path load for faster loading, whereby the command-lines will be executed asynchronously. I am supposed to trigger my stored procedures after the loading process.

How can I make sure that all command-lines in the batch file have been executed before triggering my stored procedures.
